Description

The nose is expressive, on aromas of black fruit, wild berries and black cherry enhanced by beautiful spice notes. On the palate, the sap is fleshy, revealing ripe fruit, toast and vanilla notes, good concentration and very soft tannins. The finish is long and smooth revealing a delicate strength. A Gamay Saint Romain of great class to appreciate at the table with a selection of meats in sauce or simply grilled.
