Description

This is an authentic representation of the remarkable Arbois terroir. This organically produced Chardonnay captures its uniqueness – mineral fossil deposits impart a distinctive flinty character.

Winemaking:

The fruit is sourced from 20 to 50-year-old vineyards across Montigny-les-Arsures and Arbois. Whole bunches are delicately basket pressed. The juice is wild fermented and aged on lees in a blend of foudres (600L), barrels (250L), and stainless-steel tanks for 18 months.
