Description

(from a .69 ha parcel planted in 1956). The 2021 Chablis Les Preuses has a much more precise bouquet than the Blanchot that unfolds nicely with aeration. The palate is firm with clear acidity, the 2021 is taut and fresh with a lovely saline finish. I much prefer this les Preuses to Blanchots this year  excellent (92-94)pts Allen Meadows
