Description

The Champagne Fauve elaborated by Geoffroy Delouvin is composed of 75% chardonnay and 25% pinot meunier coming from a vineyard on chalk outcropping in Vandieres. Print run of 4,000 numbered bottles. The basic cuvée is made from the 2014 vintage (in fact a vintage). As a good rule of thumb, pinot meunier does not carry out malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and liveliness. The rest on the lees is over 72 months, not dosed to disgorgement.
