Unquestionably one of the jewels of Givry (with among others Francois Lumpp and Cellier aux Moines), the domaine joblot has always remained very attached to its family roots. Patriarch Charles was a great supporter of the creation of the AOC Givry. His son Jean-Marc has definitively propelled the estate among the greats of the Côte Chalonnaise, Aware of the incredible potential of the estate’s vines, which are also planted on the most qualitative terroirs of Givry (1er crus Servoisine, Cellier aux Moines …), Jean-Marc has striven to work the soils and vines manually, without ever falling into the excesses of synthetic products of the 80s. Thanks be to him because he managed to preserve in an incredible vitality the old vines of the estate. His daughter Juliette inherited his work and strives to maintain the very high quality of the wines. These are of great guard and express themselves on captivating aromas of peonies, red fruits, of a creaminess and a rare volume.
